ESTANCIA LA SISTINA, GUAMINÍ, BUENOS AIRES

Numerous guests arrive each year at La Sistina searching for a close contact with nature. This estancia, the only continental private island in Argentina, is situated in the Laguna del Monte, at Guaminí, about 470 km. Southwest of Buenos Aires. To get to La Sistina there are daily flights to Coronel Suarez, a city only 35 minutes away from the estancia. Another alternative is with private flights: For this, the estancia has a 1,200 metre landing strip. Wildlife on the island includes fallow deer, black buck, hare, duck, rhea and a large variety of birds. Outdoor sports such as fishing, hunting, water-skiing, windsurfing, and horseriding can be practiced here. Very good international meals prepared with natural ingredients are served in La Sistina. The lodge, with excellent service, has eight bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room with big windows as well as a swimming pool, and is surrounded by a beautiful natural and unspoiled environment. DAY 2 - Traditional City Tour, visiting the best of Buenos Aires: La Boca, San Telmo, 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisk, Colon Theatre, The Congress, The Governor House called "Casa Rosada", Puerto Madero, La Recoleta...

DAY 3 - Excursion to a traditional "Estancia" or farm in the Pampas. Meals and Activities included. This excursion is usually called "Fiesta Gaucha"

DAY 4 - Transfer to airport
