HOSTERIA ÑANDERETA - ESTEROS DEL IBERA (IBERA NATURAL RESERVE)

Ñanderetá Inn gives its visitors very comfortable rooms and efficient personalized atention to give them a more comfortable stay. Established in a wood and stone building in the middle of the woods surrounded by pines and a great variety of plants and flowers. Double and triple rooms with private bathrooms, living rooms, game rooms, restaurants, bar, a library,a video library with specialized graphic material, view terrace, celular phones, dock, boats, our own horses and excursions with special tracks are some of the services offered. The owner, Cielo, born in the city of Mercedes and belongs to a traditional family in Corrientes, along with her husband and children, they all build a familiar environment which makes the staying a lot more cozy.

In Ñanderetá Inn, the food has a very important place in our service, because in your visit we want you to taste the typical food from our region. The traditional Correntinian Cook is colorful, rich in flavours and textures. Everything being of our own elavoration and home made, Done with love for our people. Extreme pleasures to be enjoy in quietness.

IBERA NATURAL RESERVE
In the Northeastern part of Argentina, in the center of the region surrounded by the Paraná and Uruguay Rivers commonly known as The Argentine Mesopotamy, is located the Province of Corrientes, owner of one of the most exclusive wonders of nature and one of the few virgin ecological reservations on this planet: The Iberá Everglades.
Iberá Everglades is a huge humid region with a surface area of 13.000 kilomiters sq., formed by everglades, morass, lagoons, rivulets, and in lower scale some places of firm soil.
One of the 62 lagoons that make up the big ecosystem is the Iberá Lagoon, in which boarders the town called Carlos Pellegrini, a small town of only 600 inhabitants. Inside this colony is the hostelry Ñanderetá ( that means "our land"). An open window to nature, giving the visitor an exotic environment with magestic views and unforgetable experiences.
At this site, you can visit us virtually and start your romance with one of the last virgin wonders of nature in South America. Discover a rustic wilderness region that it is everybody`s duty to protect, to preserve and to know.

EXCURSIONS
The visits by boat, visiting a big part of the Everglades, which is one of the biggest atracctions that Ñanderetá Inn offers. The rounds can finish in different places, around the channels and lakes that comunicate the bigger lakes forming The Iberá Everglades. The rides and walks have different prices according to the time of the trip(generally between 2 and 3 ½ hours), and the quantity of pasangers in the trip.
Along these trips, the visitor will have the oportunity to face the real nature, watching closely the big ammount of animals and plants of the place, during the day and night. An excellent oportunity to practice the photographic safaries.

FISHING
The sport fishing of the allowed species, is one of the biggest atracctions that this tourist place can offer its visitors.The great variety of species, give the afficionate and the experienced, the oportunity to try luck and try to catch a big one. The fishing is develloped in the south of the ecosystem, at the beginig of the Corrientes River, there you stay in a country that is at 180 Km from the Hosting Ñandereta. The main activity is the fishing of the “Dorado” (or Gold,which is a kind of fish) with flies (fly fishing)

Two double rooms, with shared bathroom and air conditioner. A double room with private bathroom and air conditioner.Includes: boat, gas,fishing gide ( two people per boat ).
Fishing Tour: Breakfast, Leaving the fishing zone, Return to the country for lunch, nap, leaving again at 4 pm to the fishing zone until late in the afternoon. The country is placed at 1200 mts of the river and it has a channel of 900 mts to access it.
Note: We don´t have fishing equipment to rent.

HORSEBACK RIDING
The oportunity to learn or practise again the great exercise of horseriding. In this case visiting with our guides around the Iberá Everglades, along a three hour ride. The Iberá Everglades seen from a typical and native perspective.

TREKKING
The walks are one of the attractions that our guests look forward to the most. An efficient and new way to leave behaind the problems of the city and cotidianity, to spend gratifying hours with the virgin nature. The tracks are different and a good time is garanteed.... you will return with the flavour, the color and the air of our Iberá.
