The Llao Llao Resort member of "the Leading Hotels of the World" is a 5 superior star hotel set on the lowest mountain point, on a land strip connecting two mountains by separating the lake and surrounded by old cypress, coigue and arrayan woods.

The Llao Llao Hotel & Resort was built by architect Alejandro Bustillo in 1940 and is decorated in a Canadian-style with Norman roof tiles and visible cypress logs blending with the area green stone .The hotel was fully renewed in 1993.

The Llao Llao Hotel & Resort offers 159 comfortable guestrooms, including 11 suites and 1 cabin, the guestrooms offer either a mountain or lake view.

Los Cesars restaurant offers a warm and informal atmosphere to taste the special menu, featuring regional and International dishes.

Have a sauna, dip into the indoor heated swimming pool and enjoy the whirlpool, while dazzling the grand scenery, with the tranquillity of the lake reflecting the woods surrounding it.

The Spa and Health club offers a variety of body and face treatments for both men and women. Aromatherapy, body polishing, volcanic mud bath and facial bio reconstruction, are just some treatments the spa offers.

The Golf club has an 18-hole golf course, unique in Argentina, with rolling greens and fairways sown with fine grass and surrounded by lake Nahuel Huapi and old woods.

The Nahuelitos Kids Club offers children aged 3 to 12, a variety of recreational, sporting, integration and ecological activities organized by devised teachers. The Ayenhue Baby Care is a new space designed just for children and babies up to 3 years old with a group of professional staff, to take good care of them.

The resort offers four splendid banqueting rooms to hold any kind of convention, seminar, social event or business meetings. The rooms can be arranged in different styles and accommodate up to 610 guests. The Business centre is fully equipped with business facilities.

RESTAURANTS

Los Césares
Within a cozy and informal atmosphere, where courtesy and civility join to regale you, Los Césares offers a special menu with selected regional and international dishes. Open from 7.30 PM to 1 AM.

Café Restaurant Patagonia
The Patagonia Café Restautant is located on the main floor. It is more informal and very welcoming. Lunch is 'á la carte', with several special menus. The traditional Llao Llao Tea is served in the afternoon and later, cocktails and dinner. Lunch is served from noon to 4 PM, tea is served from 4 to 7:30 PM, and dinner is served from 7:30 PM to 1 AM.

Lobby Bar
Located on the main floor of the hotel. Its exquisite décor, combining wood and stone columns, the leather upholstery and the anttler chandeliers give it a warmth only comparable to that of the two huge wood burning fire places that guard it. A classic bar counter invites you to enjoy a great variety of cocktails or maybe a glass of champagne. It is the place to anjoy the daily Happy Hour.
Open from 9 to 1 AM. Lunch: from noon until 3.30 PM (Salad Bar); Tea & Cakes: from 3.30 to 8 PM.

Club House Golf
Our Club House offers, besides the wonderful environment surrounded by our golf course, a midday pause to enjoy our exquisite "Salad Bar", or simply a traditional sandwich suggested by our chef. In the afternoon, it is a special place to have tea with cakes and local confitures. If you want to have a special evening with friends, a delicious foundue bourguignonne is another excellent option. Maximum Capacity: 25 people. Reservations must be made in advance. Open from 9 AM. Lunch: from noon to 3:30 PM; / Tea and cakes: from 4 PM to 7:30 PM.

Nahuelito's Kids Club
For our younger guests - between 3 and 12 - we offer a special club. Our motto is "great holidays for small guests", which describes the activities we have programmed and designed especially for children. This club is open daily from 11 AM to 6 PM. It is free of charge and includes lunch and tea. Activities are weekly programmed but are flexible to suit the motivation required by the children, their ages, the weather conditions, the particular characteristics of the group, etc.

GOLF
The Llao Llao 18-hole golf links are unique in Argentina and among the best in the world. The course has rolling greens and fairways sown with fine grass and surrounded by lake Nahuel Huapi and old woods with large-size specimens. Perfectly integrated bunkers, water hazards and greens, all different from each other, make up an interesting and harmonic assembly. The possibilities include taking classes, participating in weekend tournaments, club rental, caddies and a great handicap: absolute silence for your concentration.
The Golf Club House invites you to a rewarding break, a prize and special present for all golfers who are also Nature-lovers. It also provides important services for golfers: professional assistance, golf clubs rental, caddies, and proshop.

Opening Hours:
First start: 8 am.
Last start policy: During summer, the days are longer due to longer daylight hours. The contrary happens during winter.
The automatic sprinkle system starts at 8.30 pm. Therefore we recommend to the players to finish their games before that time.
Game duration: 4 people play the 18 holes in approximately 5 hours. We suggest the last start to be no later than 3.30 pm for 10 holes
and 6 pm for 9 holes (2 and a half hours duration.)

As a part of the renovations plan of the hotel, we inform that the greens will be going under restoration works between August 1 2005 until January 10 2006. The golf course will be open during these works with temporary greens.

ADECUATE CLOTHING
We respectfully request that appropriate casual clothing be worn for the Los Césares Restaurant, the Lobby, Patagonia Café Restaurant and Business Center of our Hotel. Neither shorts nor sleeveless T-shirts are allowed, although bermudas are. If you do jogging or any other sport, you may enter and leave the Hotel in your gym clothes. Whatever the season chosen for your visit, we recommend you bring a waterproof coat due to the weather changes normally experienced in this area.

SEASONS
The four seasons of the year are hard to beat when it comes to the appreciation of the wonderful surrounding scenery. Each has its own colors, aromas and sports and recreational activities for full enjoyment. The snowy winter offers skiing opportunities and the warmth and confort of tea and delicious homemade cakes by the fireplaces of the Lobby Bar. Our recreational personnel will take you on walks through the woods to discover the explosion of color during spring and the yellows, reds and browns of fall. In the summer, the Hotel marina offers you entertaining activities to enjoy the blue lakes and fishermen will find their paradise during this season.

CURRENCY
Argentine pesos and US dollars are accepted, as are American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club credit cards, as well as travelers' checks.
The Hotel has an ATM on premises, located in the Main Lobby, for guest's convenience.

Bookings will be subject to cancellation at no charge up to seven (7) days prior to guest(s) arrival, except for Easter, winter holidays, Christmas, and New Year's Eve (*) All cancellations received within the 7-day period will be charged with one (1) night per room booked.

" Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in date Hill not be charged.
" Cancellations made within the 30-day period and more than twenty (20) days before check-in date will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This penalty will be deducted from the total payment already made, and the remaining amount will be used as credit for future bookings, with a validity of one (1) year.
" Cancellations made within the 20-day period and more than ten (10) days before check-in date will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total amount of the stay. " Cancellations made within the 10-day period before check-in date Hill be charged a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay. This amount will not be used in any case as credit for future bookings.
